This city felt vastly different from the cities I am used to in Germany, where I live now, and that gave me a unique experience behind the camera. The way the sun falls across its stone walls, narrow streets, Moorish details, and Gothic architecture gives the city an almost fantasy-like atmosphere. Its hilltop setting adds another layer of charm, especially if you make the trip to the hills across the river and wait for the sun to set over the old city.
